Why Buronic Energy

A solar company you can actually reach.

Solar is a decision that plays out over decades, so who installs it matters as much as what goes on your roof. Buronic Energy is a local solar company in Meerut: we survey your site ourselves, tell you plainly what will and won’t work, put the details in writing, and stay reachable after the system is switched on.

We’d rather size a system honestly and earn your referral than oversell and disappear.

  • Genuine, named components The make, model and warranty terms of your panels, inverter and structure are in writing before you pay anything.
  • Transparent, itemised pricing Your quote shows what each part costs and what is subsidy-eligible. No vague “package” figures and no surprise add-ons.
  • Subsidy handled properly Applications, DISCOM follow-ups and net-metering are managed for you, start to finish.
  • Sized for you We design around your actual consumption and roof — not the biggest system we could sell.
  • Local and accountable We’re based in Meerut. You know where we are, who’s coming to your site, and who to call.
  • Support after handover Manufacturer warranties pass to you, and we help with servicing and claims when you need it.

FAQ

Questions we hear most.

Straight answers. Exact figures depend on your roof, your load and the rules in force, so we confirm them in writing after the site visit.

How much can I save on my electricity bill?

It depends on how much power you use, your sanctioned load, your tariff category, and how much shadow-free roof you have. A properly sized rooftop system can offset a significant share of your daytime consumption, and with net-metering any surplus you export is credited against your bill.

We don’t quote a savings number before seeing your bills. At the site visit we work it out from your actual consumption and show you the calculation.

How does the subsidy work?

For eligible homes, the central PM Surya Ghar scheme provides financial assistance for rooftop solar, and some states add their own support. In outline: you register on the official portal, the DISCOM confirms feasibility, the system is installed, the net meter is fitted and inspected, and the subsidy is then credited to your bank account.

Eligibility, amounts and steps are set by the government and can change, so we confirm the current position at your site visit. We prepare and follow up on the applications for you, but we are a private installer, not a government agency, and we can’t guarantee approval or timing.

How long does installation take?

The physical installation is usually quick — often a matter of days for a home system, longer for larger commercial projects. What sets the overall timeline is approvals and the net-meter installation by the DISCOM, which vary by area and workload. We give you a realistic schedule with your quote and keep you updated as each stage clears.

What maintenance do solar panels need?

Very little. Panels have no moving parts, but dust and bird droppings cut output, so they should be rinsed or wiped regularly — more often in dry, dusty months. It’s also worth checking now and then for new shadows, loose cabling, and that your inverter is reporting normally.

We show you what to look for at handover and can arrange periodic servicing if you’d rather not do it yourself.

What warranty do I get?

The panels, inverter and other major components carry the manufacturer’s own warranties, and the terms differ by brand and model. We list the exact warranty terms for each component in your quote, so you know what is covered and for how long before you decide. If something needs a claim, we help you through it.

Will my solar system work during a power cut?

A standard grid-connected (net-metered) system switches itself off when the grid goes down — this is a safety requirement so that no power is pushed into lines that crews may be working on. If backup during outages matters to you, ask us about hybrid systems with batteries; we’ll explain the trade-offs in cost and size.
